The latest issue of Primitive Quilts and Projects has arrived. Stop in for your copy of the magazine and any back issues that you are missing.

Also, don't forget to sign up for a class. If the class you are interested in is not on the day you can make it, let us know and we'll see if we can schedule you in with another class.

Empty the Bolt Sale

We are having an empty the bolt sale on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, January 26-28. When you empty the bolt you get 25% off. This includes sale fabrics.

The 30% off on all flannels is still on through the end of the month. And don't forget to sign up for classes. If you find a class you would like to take but the date doesn't work for you let us know and we'll try to work it out.

Class Pictures Posted

Class pictures for January are posted. The rest will be posted as the computer cooperates. Stop in an see the samples. Also, new books, patterns and fabric arrived and there are some beautiful projects to keep you busy during the cold weather.

Kits

We still have kits for the Amish Country Quilt Shop Hop quilt. There are block and quilt kits. Even if you didn't go on the shop hop, or if you didn't get blocks from all the shops, you can still make this quilt. If you haven't seen our quilt stop in. Also, we are working on the newsletter and class list. It should be out soon.

Flannel Sale

Flannel is 20% off this week, Monday, November 21- Saturday, November 26, one yard minimum cut. Stock up for your winter projects.

The shop will be open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday and closed Wednesday, as always, and Thursday for Thanksgiving.

The Week After

The Amish Shop Hop was a great success. More than 900 quilters and friends came through the store. Everyone was able to find us and liked the new shop. The comments on our shop hop quilt were wonderful.

Dustpan Alert

The Ohio Amish Country Quilt Shop Hop starts on Wednesday. The times are 8:30-7:00 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and 8:30-6:00 on Saturday. Yes, we are open on Wedneday this week. Every shop on the shop hop is open these days and extended hours.

This is an exciting week because it will be the first shop hop at our new location. Stop by, pick up a free passport, and join in the fun. More information can be found at www.amishquiltshophop.com. See you there.

Covering walls

Little by little samples are being placed on the walls. We miss the loft rail, but have ideas for displaying. New fabric, books and notions are arriving daily, so stop in.

Settling In

It's hard to believe that this is the third week we've been open in the new shop. Almost everything is unpacked, but we're still looking for things. New books and fabric are arriving and we still have a selection of fabric for $4.00 a yard, so stop in.

DUSTPAN ALERT!

Opening day is finally here. We are moved in and somewhat settled. It looks wonderful so come visit us. Many thanks to all the hands that made the move possible. It was alot of work but worth every minute.

Moving Days

The move is on. Everything was packed up and Wednesday morning the move was made to the new shop. Little by little the new shop is taking shape. The shop will be open on Monday, October 3.

14 DAYS!

Yes, the new shop opens in 14 days, Monday, October 3. We are open this week and closed next week, September 26- October1. You should recieve the newsletter this week by e-mail or snail mail. If you don't get it let the shop know. It will also be posted here.

We now have lights and carpet. The lighting is great and carpet is beautiful.

Construction Continues

Workers are making progress daily and the excitement is building. Carpet will be put down later this week!

The move has been scheduled! The shop will be closed Monday, September 26- Saturday, October 1 to move into the new building. We will reopen on Monday, October 3 in Jeromesville. We will still be settling in and most likely moving things around, but we'll be open for business.
